Just in case anybody cares, i've found a couple of entire Fleshtones albums at the music blog chocoreve.blogspot.com/ . 'Roman Gods' and 'The Living Legends Series' (which includes American Beat '84 & Hall Of Fame). This site adds albums constantly so you may have to scroll way down to find it. Just doin' my part to keep this the cooolest BP page. Hey Jim! |

Thanks for the link, Shane! Looks like I was a week too late, though, as the files have been pulled. I noticed that the webmaster of the Fleshtones website posted a comment about purchasing their music, and a couple of other fans mentioned supporting the band. They were cool about it, but the .rar files are now empty.  Actually, the webmaster from the Fleshtones website is a really nice guy. His name is Steve Coleman, and he actually hooked me up with an mp3 of "Hall Of Fame", the very one used for the Bonus Tracks EP. He also had offered to send me a video of "American Beat '84", but he said the quality was so bad it's practically unwatchable! I'm gonna try to track a good copy down, since it contains scenes from the movie. Cheers, Shane! 1002 |

Yeah buddy, they're there. You just have to know how to get them. If you're not familiar with Rapidshare you need to know the pain-in-the-ass steps to take. Click once for part 1 of the file and it'll take you to this screen where you scroll way to the bottom and click for "free" usage. Then on the next page it takes you to, you'll scroll way down and see a timer clicking down in one of the paragraphs. When that runs out it'll give you a 3-digit code to punch in AND THEN you can actually download the .rar file. Make sure you get part 2 before unzipping so there's no end-of-file crap and in this particular site the password for everything is posted_first_at_chocoreve . Have you gone cross-eyed yet?

Just one more thing! If you're not paying for the premium version of Rapidshare, you have to wait about an hour before you can download another file. Ok, good luck.
And speaking of "blurbs" about Bachelor Party, on the Saturday Night Live 25th Anniversary DVD, Tom Hanks guest-hosts a very small portion where Garth Brooks gets up from the audience and tells Hanks what a big fan he is and says he owns Bachelor Party on DVD. Hanks just smiles oddly at him. Hey, it's something. I'm tryin' alright?!?

That's funny, I never saw that SNL clip!
In regards to the download, I'll try again when I get home from work. I was merely right-clicking to download the file, so that explains it. Thanks for the info. I think I used Rapidshare to grab something a while back, but it's fine if I have to wait in line to d/l it. Appreciate the update!
