Anyone know why (Stan) William Tepper seems to have done jack-shiznit since Bachelor Party??

Welcome to the club! You know, I was pretty surprised to look William Tepper up on IMDB, only to find that BP was his last credited role, both in movies and tv. My guess is that because he is also credited as a writer and producer, that maybe he simply went behind the scenes after Bachelor Party. Of course, IMDB usually tracks that as well. Who knows, he could've been tired of acting by '84. His earliest credited role is from 1967 on the tv show "Ironside". I'd love to track him down for a Q & A.
