Got the CD today in the mail tenohtwo and must say its GREAT! I think the job you did on "Nature took Over" is fantastic and actually think it sounded cleaner than Oingo Boingos "Who Do You Want to Be" I just wanted to say I apreciate the effort you put into this awesome CD. Thank you again

Thanks for the kind words! I'm really happy the way it came out, and am glad that you're pleased with the quality of the Reruns song (I was worried!). Only 5 of the members have requested the CD so far. The others don't know what they're missing! I'm enjoing hearing "Hall of Fame" by The Fleshtones in it's entirety!
Enjoy, and thanks for being a member!

I bought Prepare to Energize on vinyl last summer. I found it on Ebay for just over £15, it wasn't an original but a Japanese rerelease. Am I too late to get my hands on a copy of the Bonus Tracks EP? Will be sending you my details very soon!

Not too late at all! Just send me your shipping address to tenohtwo@yahoo.com, and I will send you a complimentary copy.
The version of "Prepare To Energize" on the Bonus Tracks EP comes from an IRS Records CD sampler from 1991 called "IRS Greatest Hips", and is considered to be the closest in version to the remixed version in the film.
Thanks for signing up on the Message Board! Talk to you soon.

Hey thanks, tenohtwo -
BTW I met Tom Hanks in 2001. He was attending a play that I was in in Los Angeles, in which my love interest was being played by his niece. He and I spoke backstage for a few minutes - and I was very thrilled to say the least. On top of that, he was very complimentary about my performance! How about that?

What are the chances you asked him about Bachelor Party?! I need some sort of documented opinion about this film by him. 1002

You reckon he'll want to discuss it?! Tell you what Jim...I reckon you'll discover a gold mine underneath your house before you hear Hanks say anything complementary about BP! I think he should just accept it with grace for what it was: A Trash Movie Classic!! ;D

A "trash movie classic"? How DARE you?! Ok, ok, I know where it's at. I appreciate BP for what it is. It's more of a curiosity thing than anything. But, come on, Tom konws his roots - they were in comedy - and I would like to think that he appreciates his career from the potentially-cringing early days to present. C'mon, Tom, fess up! You love BP! Confess! Don't make me break out the Comfy Chair... 1002 P.s. Chasey, you're the man! Have I mentioned that before?

;D Actually, I Tom (as he requested that I call him) is one of the few fellow actors I have been a little "star-struck" in front of. While he and I talked, and he stood there - complimenting me on my performance - it was in fact, all I could do to NOT say: Batchelor Party is my favorite movie! Instead, I took the more professional - albeit the coward's - way out and told him that I've been a fan for a long long time. I have since thought that I should have said something regarding BP - he just might have appreciated positive comments about his past work other than the usual: I used to love you in Bosom Buddies...
